Description:
- Develop manufacturing processes both internally and externally
- Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing process
- Participate as needed in cross functional product design teams and generate novel implant designs for use in the transcatheter mitral space.
- Generate work instructions, test methods, engineering models and drawings/prototypes to establish/characterize product and/or process specifications.
- Device and run experiments, analyze results, provide recommendations, and produce reports

Iso 13485, R&d, nitinol, Class III, New product development, Design, Mechanical, solidworks, six sigma blackbelt
Top Skills Details:

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 4 years medical device
- Wire and braided wire experience a plus
- Experience designing novel implantable devices
- Plus to have a six sigma blackbelt tools such as DOE and GR&R
- Experience in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, ProE)
